Job summary

Peakflo is seeking a Marketing Intern to contribute to content marketing, case studies, and social media. You will help manage G2 reviews, craft customer stories, and support newsletters while learning from founders and product leads in a fast-growing AI-enabled FinTech environment.

You'll work on multiple content projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent written communication with ability to craft clear, engaging content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive, organized and ownership-driven approach to work.
• Creative with interest in content marketing, brand storytelling, social media and digital communications.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated, commercially aware Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in contributing to Peakflo’s content marketing initiatives by creating compelling customer case studies, managing G2 reviews, developing engaging social media content, and supporting our marketing newsletter. You will work on a variety of content-related projects, helping us strengthen our brand presence, communicate customer value, and tell the story of how Peakflo is transforming finance operations through Agentic AI.

What You’ll Do

• Customer Case Studies & Storytelling: Create and manage customer case studies that highlight how Peakflo helps businesses streamline finance operations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather customer insights, identify success stories, and translate them into compelling narratives.
• G2 Reviews & Reputation Management: Monitor and manage Peakflo’s G2 reviews, coordinate review-related activities, and help maintain an engaging and consistent presence on the platform.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Create, publish, and manage content across social media channels to strengthen Peakflo’s brand presence, communicate product value, and engage our target audience.
• Marketing Newsletter: Help develop and manage marketing newsletters, including content planning, drafting, editing, and coordinating publication to keep our audience informed and engaged.
• Content Marketing & Ad Hoc Projects: Support a range of content marketing initiatives and take ownership of ad hoc projects as needed, contributing creative ideas and helping execute marketing campaigns and activities.

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills, with an ability to create clear, engaging, and well-structured content.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Creativity and an interest in content marketing, brand storytelling, social media, and digital communications.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can evolve quickly.

We’re Particularly Interested In People Who Have

• Experience creating content for social media, blogs, newsletters, or other marketing channels.
• Experience writing case studies, customer stories, testimonials, or other forms of long-form content.
• Familiarity with G2 or other customer review platforms and online reputation management.
• Experience with content creation, editing, and design tools such as Canva, Notion, or similar platforms.
• An interest in B2B SaaS, FinTech, AI, and how technology solves real-world business problems.
