Job summary

Protiviti India is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Lead to manage end-to-end F&A operations from our India office. You will oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end closures, review entries, and ensure accurate financial reporting and controls.

You will lead a small F&A team, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive improvements across SAP transactions, balances, and MIS analyses, with a focus on compliance and timely insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant F&A experience.
• CA Inter or MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Excellent month-end closing and reconciliation skills.
• Proficient MS Excel and MIS/analytical skills.
• Good team and stakeholder management skills.
