(MSCR) is seeking a proactive Finance & Accounts Associate/Senior Associate with 3–10 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. You will handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, GST/TDS, MIS reporting, and assist in closing activities, audits, and budgeting, using Tally or Zoho Books, and MS Excel for analysis.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA Inter or equivalent.
• 3–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Experience with AP/AR, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Process vendor invoices, reimbursements, and receipts.
• Handle AP/AR activities, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger and proper accounting entries.
• Ensure timely documentation, filing, and record management.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and support financial analysis.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Associate with 3–10 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, reconciliations, and financial documentation, along with a strong understanding of finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and customer receipts.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations regularly.
• Maintain general ledger and ensure proper accounting entries.
• Ensure timely documentation, filing, and record management.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and support management with financial analysis.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare schedules for audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Support preparation of trial balance, provisions, accruals, and financial statements.

Compliance & Taxation

• Prepare and file GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely payment of statutory dues.Maintain compliance documentation and support income tax and statutory audits.
• Stay updated with changes in taxation and accounting regulations.

Budgeting & Financial Analysis

• Analyze cost variances and prepare reports for management.
• Assist in forecasting and financial planning activities.

Process Improvement & Coordination

• Coordinate with internal departments for invoices, approvals, and financial documentation.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives within the finance function.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA Inter or equivalent.

Experience

• 3 – 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Experience in handling AP, AR, bank reconciliations, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Experience working with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books or similar ERP systems.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indian taxation.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas, data analysis).
• Familiarity with financial reporting and MIS preparation.
