Job summary

Marquee is seeking a Finance Analyst to validate service-provider invoices, maintain AP processes, and support cost and margin analyses. You will build data models for product and customer performance and contribute to new product introduction financials.

We expect 2–3 years in financial management, costing, pricing and budgeting, with strong Excel and MS Office capabilities. Telecom industry exposure is a plus, and the role focuses on supply chain and logistics processes.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Financial Management, Pricing, Costing, Financial Accounting, Payable Management, Inventory Valuation, MIS Reporting & Budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Validate invoices received for different service providers as per contract and prepare and submit RFPs for processing payments.
• Maintain a database of invoices processed to generate reports on demand.
• Compile reports from different service providers and submit the reports.
• Create models to analyse product, customer and technology performance.
• Participate in New Product Introduction process (investment analysis).
• Month-end actual unit cost analysis and month-end variation analysis (sales, expense, unit cost, demand).
• Cost reduction analysis reporting and product margin analysis reporting.
• Assist in managing Accounts Payable functions and related processes.

Experience & Qualification

• 1. Good communication skills
• 2. BA/BS in Finance/Management and or equivalent experience and understanding of supply chain management and logistics business processes, experience within the Telecom Industry would be an asset.
• 3. 2-3 years of experience in Financial Management, Pricing, Costing, Financial Accounting, Payable Management, Inventory Valuation ,MIS Reporting & Budgeting
• 4. Strong analytical capabilities and good command over database tools.
• 5. Proficient in use of PC and MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
