Qualifikationen

• CA with 1–2 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Experience setting up validation checklists for finance processes and reviewing them for accuracy.
• Experience independently reviewing, validating, and authorizing journal entries with proper accounting period recognition.
• Experience in inventory reporting, MTM, PPV, absorption costing, and standard costing.
• Strong knowledge of IAS/IFRS and fixed asset accounting.
• Working knowledge of SAP or Oracle; exposure to SAP BPC/BO/BI is a plus.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and across time zones.

Jobbeschreibung

Responsible for monthly book closure, review of journal entries, financial reporting, and reconciliations. Application of the entity's accounting policies to each non-routine event or transaction is independently reviewed for appropriateness, and any exceptions are highlighted to the business on an immediate basis.

Unusual items and exceptions are investigated and properly resolved/recorded in the general ledger within the appropriate accounting period.

Manage Financial and Management Reporting (RTR) processes and ensure service level agreements are met with respect to timelines and accuracy.

Profile Description

• Qualified CA with 1 - 2 years of experience in the Finance & Accounts domain, preferably from an FMCG or Manufacturing environment.
• Experience in setting up validation checklists for finance processes and continuously reviewing them for completeness and accuracy.
• Experience in independently reviewing, validating, and authorizing journal entries, ensuring proper accounting period recognition.
• Prior experience in preparing:
• Inventory reporting
• MUV (Material Usage Variance) analysis
• PPV (Purchase Price Variance) analysis
• Absorption costing
• Standard costing
• Strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting.
• Fair understanding of Bill of Material (BOM) creation and production/work order settlement processes.
• Excellent understanding of International Accounting Standards.
• Working knowledge of SAP or Oracle; exposure to SAP BPC, BO, or BI will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Good leadership capabilities and ability to perform under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work across different time zones and travel as per business requirements.
