Job summary

Airbus India Private Limited seeks a Finance Analyst to join the P2P team in Bangalore. You will record supplier invoices, allocate postings, review ledgers in SAP, and support GRNs and POs.

Ideal candidate has commerce degree and 5–8 years in accounts payable and employee claims, with SAP and Concur experience; strong organization, communication, and adherence to policy are essential. You will prepare month-end schedules and assist audits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure MSME supplier invoices are processed on time
• Prepare disputed/incomplete invoices and support MSME status tracker
• Prepare month-end schedules and support month end closure
• Support internal, statutory, tax, and group audits
• Provide excellent customer service via email, telephone, and IM

Position: Finance Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities

• Member of P2P team and handling P2P activities independently
• Record supplier invoices in AP tracker
• Responsible for allocation of supplier invoices among team members
• Review supplier invoice postings in SAP P11
• Review supplier ledger reconciliations
• Follow up GRN with various stakeholders and support them in performing GRNs
• Review open POs and prepare provision schedule
• Review AP ageing schedule and reconciliation with Trial Balance
• Ensure MSME supplier invoices are processed on time
• Support in rolling out MSME supplier status confirmation and maintain update MSME tracker
• Support in providing MSME return data on timely basis
• Review employee expense claims in line with policy
• Support various stakeholders in settling forex travel advances
• Prepare outstanding expense claims; for provision of travel expenses along with ageing of expense claims on timely basis
• Reconciliation of travel management company ledger, forex advance requests and employee ledgers on timely basis
• Perform analysis of expense claims processed during the month as per Concur tool and SAP, to ensure that all expense claims are accounted accurately and in line with the policy
• Maintain evidence of review work done
• Prepare month-end schedules and support in month end closure
• Support internal audit, statutory audit, tax audit and group audits
• Provide excellent customer service through email, telephone, and instant messaging

Required for Position

• Education: Commerce Graduate/Post Graduate

• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skill both written and verbal
• Must be well organized and a self-starter

• Prior experience of SAP and Concur tools are preferred
