Job summary

TRUXCEL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a senior finance leader to head Finance & Accounts for the group, owning financial reporting, compliance, cash flow and controls end-to-end, and acting as a strategic finance partner to Management.

The role includes budgeting, month-end closing, audit support, GST/TDS and UAE VAT compliance, payroll, asset and inventory accounting, and building KPI dashboards to guide decision making for the business.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years in Finance/Accounting with CFO/Finance Head experience; manufacturing/tech preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, taxation, GST, TDS and UAE VAT.
• CPA, CMA or ACCA preferred.
• Advanced Excel and hands-on experience with Zoho Books, ERPNext or Tally.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, analysis and MIS for the group.
• Own cash flow, treasury and working capital management.
• Ensure GST, TDS and UAE VAT compliance and timely filing.
• Oversee AP/AR, GL and bank reconciliation.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting (Capex/Opex) and variance analysis.
• Manage month-end/year-end closing and audit support.
• Build KPI dashboards and financial models for Management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (Ind AS, IFRS, GAAP).
• Oversee payroll processing and WPS compliance.
• Control fixed assets and inventory accounting.
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
