The ideal candidate holds a finance-related degree, a professional qualification (CA/CMA/MBA Finance), 5–8 years of experience, and proficiency with SAP, Oracle, or Tally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and audits.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
• Experience in managing teams and coordinating with external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting, finance, and treasury operations
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and regulatory filings

• Supervise and guide finance and accounting team members
