The role requires strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance, with coordination of internal and external audits. Excellent Excel and ERP skills and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Balance Sheet, P&L, and financial statements.
• Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and Companies Act.
• Handle GST return preparation, reconciliations, and related activities.
• Manage TDS deductions, filings, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Conduct periodic financial reviews and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audits.
• Maintain books of accounts per accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and controls.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting practices, statutory compliances, financial reporting, GST, TDS, and accounting fundamentals. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, regulatory compliance, and timely financial reporting while supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Prepare and review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Financial Statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act requirements.
• Handle GST return preparation, reconciliations, and compliance-related activities.

Qualifications

• CA Inter / CMA Inter Mandatory.
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Statutory Compliance.
• Experience managing GST, TDS, Financial Statements, and Balance Sheet reviews.
