Job summary

Truecom Networks Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to lead the accounting, finance, and taxation functions with a strong hands-on focus on GST compliance, audits, and financial reporting. The role demands expert knowledge of statutory requirements and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end accounting, assist in budgeting, and provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions, in a full-time capacity based in Noida Sector 6.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, and GST.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
• Experience in handling audits and interacting with statutory authorities.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
• Manage end-to-end GST compliance including returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), reconciliations, and assessments.
• Coordinate with tax consultants and authorities for assessments, notices, and audits.
• Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits; coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and processes.
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
• Provide variance analysis, cost control insights, and profitability reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, banks, vendors, customers, and statutory authorities.

Role Overview

Truecom Networks Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead and manage the companys accounting, finance, and taxation functions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in statutory compliance, GST, financial reporting, audits, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.
  
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements under Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other applicable regulations.
  
• Coordinate with tax consultants and authorities for assessments, notices, and audits.
  

Audit & Controls

• Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits; coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
  
• Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and risk mitigation practices.
  

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
  
• Provide variance analysis, cost control insights, and profitability reports.
  
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
