Qualifications

• Qualified CA Intermediate with strong experience in controllership and financial reporting.
• Experience in GST, TDS, direct and indirect tax compliance.
• Proficient in end-to-end accounting: GL, R2R, month-end close, and finalization.
• Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
• Experience in audits (statutory/internal/tax) and financial controls.
• ERP exposure to SAP, Oracle, and D365.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including General Ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closure.
• Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
• Lead financial reporting activities and MIS reporting for management.
• Handle internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits.
• Monitor balance sheet schedules and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
• Review revenue recognition, provisions, accruals, fixed assets, and inter-company transactions.
• Collaborate with business teams to strengthen financial controls and accounting processes.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Overview-

We are seeking a qualified/CA - Intermediate professional with strong experience in Controllership, Financial Reporting, GST, TDS, and end-to-end accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliance, month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, audits, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities-

• Experience in handling statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Expertise in financial analysis, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, D365, etc.
