Job summary

Eresolution Consultancy Services in Noida (Sector 2) is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager with 9–12 years of expertise to lead financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, and day-to-day accounting operations.

You will ensure GST and TDS compliance, coordinate with Big 4 auditors, manage payroll, and strengthen internal controls while delivering MIS, variance analysis, and strategic financial support for fundraising and investor due diligence.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional with 9–12 years of experience to manage financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, reconciliations, internal controls, and day‑to‑day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Handle GST compliance, GST reconciliation, and related filings.
• Manage TDS compliance, deductions, reconciliations, and returns.
• Coordinate with Big 4/statutory auditors and support the audit process.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform vendor, customer, ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and variance analysis.
• Assist in fundraising activities and investor due diligence.
• Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls and processes.
• Manage payroll accounting and ensure accurate payroll-related entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely closure of books and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for finance-related requirements.

Compensation

9.0 LPA – 9.5 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and current compensation.
