Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Finacle Retail Assets Test Automation & Delivery Lead to manage automation testing, CRs, production support, and enhancements. The candidate should possess deep expertise in Finacle Retail Assets and have led teams of 10–15 members on complex banking projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Retail Assets automation testing, CRs, and project implementations
• Manage defect triage, resolution, and stabilization for Retail Assets apps
• Lead a 10–15 member team of testers, automation engineers, and SMEs
• Own and drive test automation strategy, coverage, execution, and continuous improvement for Retail Assets
• Design, configure, test, and validate Finacle Retail Assets enhancements and regulatory changes
• Ensure production stability by monitoring issues and coordinating incident resolution
• Drive RCA for critical incidents and preventive actions
• Collaborate with business, product, development, and vendors to deliver quality releases
• Manage SIT, UAT, regression testing and production validation
• Establish testing governance and quality standards
• Support multiple banking entities and subsidiaries with stabilization initiatives
• Provide status reporting, risk management, and delivery governance

Job Description – Finacle Retail Assets Test Automation & Delivery Lead

We are looking for an experienced Finacle Retail Assets Test Automation & Delivery Lead to manage Retail Assets automation testing, change requests (CRs), production support, and enhancement deliveries. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Finacle Retail Assets, strong leadership capabilities, and proven experience managing teams of 10-15 members in delivering complex banking projects and managing production issues.

The role involves driving automation testing initiatives, ensuring production stability, leading defect management, supporting regulatory and business change implementations, and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Retail Assets Automation Testing, Change Requests (CRs), and project implementations.
• Manage and drive the defect triage, defect resolution, and stabilization track for Retail Assets applications.
• Lead a team of 10-15 members comprising testers, automation engineers, and functional SMEs supporting Retail Assets delivery and production support activities.
• Own and drive test automation strategy, coverage, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives for the Retail Assets module.
• Design, configure, test, and validate Finacle Retail Assets enhancements, upgrades, regulatory requirements, and business-driven changes.
• Ensure production stability by proactively monitoring critical issues, coordinating incident resolution, and minimizing business impact.
• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures to eliminate recurring defects.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and vendors to prioritize and deliver quality releases.
• Manage SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Production Validation activities.
• Establish testing best practices, quality standards, and governance processes.
• Support multiple banking entities and subsidiaries (e.g., ENBD, EI, and international entities) by driving stabilization and quality initiatives.
• Provide status reporting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance for ongoing programs.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Finacle Retail Assets Module.
• Proven expertise in Automation Testing and Test Management within banking applications.
• Hands-on experience in Retail Lending / Retail Assets business processes.
• Strong experience in managing production incidents, defect management, and release support.
• Experience leading teams of 10-15 members in delivery, testing, or production support functions.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking and Financial Services Domain.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance-driven banking changes.
