Work culture is so bad here, though you are a service engineer they treat you like a sales and marketing executive tell you to go door to door like a marketing executive for new connection. Work life balance is zero, and the leaves here are trebile as per company they allot paid leaves -15, Casual leave - 12, Sick leave - 12, but you can't even use 70% of the leaves.
