The Field Services Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in North Delhi. The individual in this role will install, commission, and service NDT equipment (including MPI and Eddy current machines) at customer locations, ensuring proper setup, configuration, and performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and providing timely technical support to minimize equipment downtime. The Field Services Engineer will also conduct inspections, calibrations, and functional tests according to company standards and customer requirements, documenting all work performed. This role involves direct interaction with customers to explain findings, provide training on equipment operation, and maintain strong, professional relationships aligned with Magkraft’s quality and service standards.
