Job summary

Atlas Copco Group Co.,Ltd in Uttar Pradesh, North India, seeks a Field Service Engineer to service and repair technology solutions at customer sites. You will travel to sites, perform inspections, installations, safety checks and provide on-site recommendations to minimize downtime.

You will report to the Operations Manager and act as the on-site contact to ensure customer satisfaction and timely, effective service across a designated area.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience as a sales/service engineer.

Responsibilities

• Report into the Operations Manager.
• Inspect, service, troubleshoot and repair various technical systems on planned and ad hoc visits.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

You will

• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

To succeed, you will need

• You have 1 - 5 years of experience, working as a sales/ service Engineer

Job location

You will be part of our customer center North India. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Uttar Pradesh , North India
