Atlas Copco Group Co.,Ltd in India seeks a Field Service Engineer to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction while maximizing equipment performance and longevity.

You will visit sites for inspections, troubleshooting, installations, and safety documentation; act as the on-site contact to propose service improvements and promptly address customer needs, with substantial travel within Maharashtra and North India.

Qualifications

• 1 - 5 years of experience, working as a sales/ service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Report into the Operations Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Job location

You will be part of our customer center North India. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Maharasthra , North India
