Job summary

Domino Group in India seeks a motivated field service engineer to join our onsite team, delivering hands-on installation, maintenance and customer support for Domino packaging printers.

You will study packaging machines, prepare sites for printer installation, conduct trials, and ensure maximum uptime while traveling to customer sites across the region.

Qualifications

• BE/Btech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/ Mechatronics with at least 60% marks and 1-3 years of experience.
• Strong desire for a career in field service.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to write service reports in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite service and customer support.
• Study different types of packaging machines and site readiness for printer installation.
• Conduct onsite (online) printer trials.
• On-site installation and maintenance of Domino products to maximize uptime and customer satisfaction.
