About the role

Daily and routine maintenance of Domino printers at customer sites to ensure maximum up‑time and customer satisfaction.

• Provide onsite service and customer support.
• Study different types of packaging machines and assess site readiness for printer installation.
• Conduct onsite (online) printer trial.
• Installation & maintenance of Domino products to ensure maximum up‑time and customer satisfaction.
• Meet service & spares budget for the assigned geographical territory.

About you

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics with at least 60% marks and 1–3 years of experience.
• Own vehicle suitable for business travel.
• Age at the time of application not more than 27 years.
• Sound mental and physical health with no history of serious medical illness.
• Strong desire for a career in field service.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to write service reports in English.
• Fluency in local language.
