Radiometer, part of Danaher, seeks a Field Service Engineer in Delhi with heavy travel to manage the regional customer base remotely. You will install, service, and maintain radiometer equipment, demonstrate products, and drive service contracts while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

This role demands strong troubleshooting, CRM updates, and proactive service leads. The position requires a Diploma/Engineering in Electronics, instrumentation, or Biomedical fields and at least 3+ years

Competenze

• Attend breakdown calls in the region and raise request for parts and close transaction under Warranty, or Chargeable basis.
• Completing installation of equipment on site and conducting preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Promotion of Service Contract, consumables, and IT solutions; also conduct demonstrations to customers.
• Update service reports in CRM; identify parts requirements, get quotes, and collect purchase orders.
• Identify equipment requirements and generate service leads for the sales team.
• Ability to prioritise workload and balance priorities independently.

This position is part of the Service team located in Delhi and will be working remotely in managing the customer base in the region.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Handle daily service and support of Radiometer's existing customer base and support sales & service growth and customer happiness
• Drive service revenue sales targets while ensuring strong customer contract retention rate and warranty conversion rate
• In this role, you will utilize critical thinking to resolve issues within defined procedures and practices. As an FSE on our team, associate will also provide frontline support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Attend breakdown calls in the region and raise request for parts and close transaction under Warranty, or Chargeable basis
• Completing Installation of equipment's on site, completing Preventive Maintenance as per schedule and promotion of Service Contract, consumables, and IT solutions. Also conduct demonstration of products to customers Imparts training to the customer
• Update service report in CRM Identifying potential parts requirement and get quote submitted and collect Purchase Order Identifying potential equipment requirements and generate Service Leads for sales team
• Ability to prioritise workload, goals and tasks consistent with the department objectives. Ability to take direction from multiple sources and balance conflicting priorities in an effective and efficient manner and work well independently

Education / Skills

• Diploma / Engineering in (Electronics, instrumentation and Bio-Medical Is preferred).
• 3+ years of field Service experience

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel – 50% travel
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment, any other physical requirements
