Job summary

Solar Smart Private Limited is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive residential and commercial solar sales across Gujarat. You will generate leads, meet customers at homes or sites, explain solar options, and close deals to help households and businesses switch to solar energy.

Responsibilities include field visits, on-site meetings, preparing quotations, explaining subsidies, achieving sales targets, coordinating with installation teams, and maintaining CRM records while building

Qualifications

• Prior experience in field sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or a related B2B/B2C sales role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
• Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
