About The Role

Dreamtime Learning School in Kalyani Nagar, Pune seeks a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to promote the school’s brand and drive admissions through direct marketing and partnerships. The role requires a self‑motivated individual who can actively engage in on‑ground promotional and tie‑up activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities to promote the school in nearby areas.
• Visit nearby preschools for potential tie‑ups and partnerships.
• Conduct field visits to malls, residential societies, and high‑rise apartments to generate quality leads.
• Participate in and organize on‑ground promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
• Achieve daily/weekly lead generation and conversion targets.
• Maintain records of visits, leads, and follow‑ups systematically.
• Coordinate with the admission team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.

Requirements
