Responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure both long‑term and short‑term pest control & prevention business opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy.
• Look after client retention by ensuring customers’ ongoing expectations are met.
• Manage day‑to‑day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, and prospecting and market development.
• Support the service team by providing customer feedback.
• Develop good client relationships.
• Provide reports as required.
• Assist with debt collection.

Requirements

• Sales experience of at least 1–3 years, or graduate freshers can also apply (preferred B.Sc.).
• Good interpersonal and networking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to negotiate with clients.
• Supportive team member.
• Two‑wheeler with a valid license.
