Job summary

Rentokil PCI, a leading pest control service provider in India, invites applications for a sales role based in Mumbai. You will identify opportunities, develop new business, and drive client retention while managing proposals, service agreements and market development.

Your day-to-day tasks include gathering feedback for service teams and building strong client relationships. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of sales experience, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a valid two-wheeler

Qualifications

• Sales experience of at least 3-5 years.
• Good interpersonal and networking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to negotiate with clients.
• Supportive team member.
• Two-wheeler with valid license.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure both long term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases according to the sales strategy.
• Look after client retention by ensuring customers' ongoing expectations are met.
• Manage day-to-day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, and prospecting and market development.
• Support the service team by providing customer feedback.
• Develop good client relationships.
• Provide reports as required.
• Assist with debt collection.
