Job summary

Rentokil PCI is hiring a field sales professional in Hyderabad to identify, source and secure long‑ and short‑term pest control opportunities, while expanding business with current and new customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The role requires a graduate with strong sales knowledge and communication skills, at least 2 years in direct sales, excellent interpersonal abilities, negotiation skill, a valid two‑wheeler license, and the ability to work with the service team to

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure long-term and short-term pest control opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases according to the sales strategy.
• Look after client retention by ensuring ongoing expectations are met.
• Manage day-to-day sales activities, including proposals, service agreements, and prospecting.
• Support the service team by providing customer feedback.
• Develop good client relationships and provide reports as required.
• Assist with debt collection.

• To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy.

• To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, and prospecting and market development.
• To support the service team by providing customer feedback.
