Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a dynamic sales professional in Chennai to drive pest control opportunities across existing and new customers. You will identify prospects, secure long- and short-term contracts, and support service teams with feedback while building strong client relationships.

A base salary with a performance bonus and travel support are offered. The role emphasizes negotiation, effective communication, and networking skills to meet sales targets and develop sustainable revenue

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure long-term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases per sales strategy.
• Look after client retention by ensuring customers’ ongoing expectations are met.
• Manage day-to-day sales activities, including proposals, service agreements, and prospecting and market development.
• Support the service team by providing customer feedback.
• Develop good client relationships.
• Provide reports as per the requirement.
• Assist with debt collection.
