Job summary

Rentokil PCI in India is seeking a sales-oriented professional to identify, source and secure pest control opportunities across multiple locations. You will develop new business within current and new customer bases while ensuring client retention and meeting expectations.

Responsibilities include managing proposals, service agreements, prospecting, and market development, supporting the service team with feedback, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA Fresher with strong sales knowledge and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal & networking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to negotiate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure long- and short-term pest control opportunities.
• Develop new business within existing and new customer bases per sales strategy.
• Support client retention by meeting ongoing expectations.
• Manage day-to-day sales activities: proposals, service agreements, prospecting and market development.
• Provide feedback to the service team and build strong client relationships.
• Generate reports as required and contribute to data-driven insights.
• Assist with debt collection when needed.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• To identify, source and secure both long term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities.
• To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy.
• To look after client retention by ensuring customers’ ongoing expectations is met.
• To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, and prospecting and market development.
• To support the service team by providing customer feedback.
• To develop good client relationships.
• To provide reports as per the requirement.
• To assist with debt collection

Requirements:
