Job summary

Rentokil PCI in India seeks a graduates or MBA fresh entrant with solid sales knowledge and communication skills to drive pest control opportunities. You will build relationships, negotiate with clients, and support the service team with feedback while managing proposals and service agreements on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure pest control & prevention business opportunities.
• Develop new business within current and new customer bases per sales strategy.
• Manage client retention by meeting ongoing expectations.
• Handle day-to-day sales activities: proposals, service agreements, prospecting and market development.
• Support the service team with customer feedback.
• Develop good client relationships and provide reports as required.
• Assist with debt collection.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• To identify, source and secure both long term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities.
• To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy.
• To look after client retention by ensuring customers’ ongoing expectations is met.
• To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, and prospecting and market development.
• To support the service team by providing customer feedback.
• To develop good client relationships.
• To provide reports as per the requirement.
• To assist with debt collection
