The role involves acquiring and engaging property owners, conducting field visits, showcasing properties, and assisting buyers to drive successful transactions. Qualified leads will be provided by the company. Candidates with a Diploma or Graduation and up to 2 years of field sales experience, strong communication skills, and a two-wheeler are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet property owners and customers to facilitate property sales, rentals, and leases.
• Conduct property visits and accompany buyers during site visits.
• Explain property features, pricing, and NoBroker services to customers.
• Coordinate property photoshoots and ensure accurate property information.
• Negotiate pricing between buyers and sellers to help close deals.
• Onboard property owners and promote premium service subscriptions where applicable.
• Visit commercial properties to collect owner details and explain NoBroker services.
• Upload property details through the NoBroker App or Google Forms.
• Maintain customer interactions and sales updates in CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
