Lenskart is seeking a Field Sales Executive - Refractionist in Pune to visit customers, present and sell products, and arrange eye check-ups.

You will work on-roll, receive 45 days of training, and benefit from a fixed salary with lucrative incentives and medical facilities. Two-wheeler and valid DL are required.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, needs assessment, and proactive ownership, with no cold calling required.

• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Establish customers' needs and explain and demonstrate products to them, which may involve providing technical descriptions of products
• Develop and update knowledge of their own products and the products of their competitors
