Roles & Responsibilities (R&R) Digital Banking Sales (FOS)

• Promote and acquire customers for Digital Banking products.
• Generate sales of FASTag, NCMC Prepaid Cards, and POS Machines.
• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and direct sales activities.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
• Assist customers with documentation and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with merchants for POS machine installation and activation.
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and productivity goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and operational guidelines.
