Job summary

Petpooja is seeking a relationship manager to build and maintain strong ties with existing and prospective clients, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions such as business loans, current accounts, and payment solutions.

You will be the main contact for financial product inquiries, target sales goals, and collaborate with operations, support, and compliance to ensure smooth service delivery while staying updated on banking regulations and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or relationship management.
• Strong understanding of financial products, banking regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
