The role targets professionals with 2–3 years of field sales experience in building materials or allied industries, capable of converting relationships into sustained business. English and Hindi communication are essential, with travel within Gurgaon area.

ROLE OVERVIEW

AirSoft is hiring a Field Sales Executive for its sales team in Gurgaon. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth (HNI) homeowners, architects, interior designers and other key decision-makers.
• Generate new business through field visits, networking and referrals.
• Present products with confidence and recommend solutions that meet client requirements.
• Manage the sales pipeline end to end: lead generation, follow-up, negotiation and closure.
• Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 23 years of field sales experience, preferably in building materials or allied industries such as sanitaryware, hardware, electricals, paints or interior solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident, presentable and proactive, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with fieldwork, client meetings and regular travel within Gurgaon.
• Target-oriented, with a genuine interest in sales, networking and business growth.
