Job summary

GIST Management Solutions in India is seeking a field‑oriented sales professional to drive mobility/vehicle loan opportunities through active field visits and lead generation. You will work with customers and dealers to secure loans and build a robust pipeline.

You will explain products, collect KYC, and coordinate with credit/operations to ensure timely processing, while maintaining records and meeting monthly targets. This role is based in Chennai and involves on‑site field work.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and acquire customers for mobility/vehicle loan products.
• Visit customers, dealers, and market locations to generate business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vehicle dealers, customers, and channel partners.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment terms, and documentation requirements to customers.
• Collect and verify customer KYC and loan-related documents.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for timely processing of loan applications.
• Follow up with customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to the bank's policies and processes.
• Conduct field visits and customer interactions as required.
• Maintain regular follow-up on pending applications and documentation.
• Achieve assigned monthly sourcing, disbursement, and portfolio targets.
