Job summary

NoBroker is seeking a proactive Field Relationship Manager to visit client sites in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. You will manage company-provided leads, build strong client relationships, and convert opportunities into business through effective communication and negotiation.

You will travel regularly to meet clients, explain services, and present tailored quotations. The role offers incentives based on performance and training support to enhance sales skills.

Qualifications

• Background in field sales or direct sales preferred.
• Strong communication in Hindi and English.
• Ability to convince, negotiate and close deals.
• Willingness to travel and visit multiple sites regularly.

• Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling
• Driving Licence & Bike is compulsory for this role
