Job summary

BandhanAgritech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Field-Based Sales Executive with 0-1 year of experience to demonstrate products and educate farmers on best practices, supported by dealers and distributors.

You will visit dealers, organize farmer meetings, promote products, and help expand rural reach while maintaining reports and following priorities set by the Reporting Manager.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Agriculture or Diploma in Agriculture or related fields is required.
• 0-1 year of relevant field-based experience is preferred.
• Field-based sales role in agriculture industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and educate farmers on product usage and modern farming practices.
• Visit dealers, distributors, and retailers to maintain relationships and ensure product availability.
• Organize farmer meetings, awareness programs, and field activities to promote products.
• Support sales growth by identifying market opportunities and expanding rural reach.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners for better distribution and market penetration.
• Follow up on payments and support recovery activities with dealers and customers.
• Maintain daily reports on field visits, sales activities, and market feedback.
• Follow instructions and complete tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.
