Qualifications

• B.Sc. Agriculture is mandatory.
• Freshers welcome; up to 1 year in agri-input sales or retail is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and farmer development across assigned villages.

About the Company

UA Agro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and passionate B.Sc. Agriculture graduates to join our growing team. We are hiring Agriculture Consultants and Centre In-Charges who will be responsible for driving sales, managing agri-centre operations, providing technical guidance to farmers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the centres.

Fresh graduates with strong agricultural knowledge and a willingness to work in field operations are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Sales & Farmer Development
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and build strong relationships with farmers.
• Study local cropping patterns and prepare area-wise sales plans.
• Organize farmer meetings, demonstrations, field days, and awareness programs.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing farmers to increase repeat business.
• Ensure Agriculture Consultants cover a minimum of 25 villages every month.
• Generate new farmer registrations and business opportunities.

Centre Operations

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Agri Centre.
• Ensure proper cleanliness, discipline, branding, and maintenance of the centre and godown.
• Supervise centre staff and coordinate daily activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical guidance to farmers.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain inventory as per company SOPs.
• Follow FIFO (First In First Out) practices.
• Monitor stock availability and expiry.
• Ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
• Maintain proper documentation for material transfers.
• Ensure timely GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries and stock verification.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain all statutory books, registers, and operational records.
• Ensure all centre licenses are valid, renewed on time, and properly displayed.
• Coordinate for renewal of weighing machine licenses and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper billing records, invoices, and receipts.
• Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), DMRs, and other reports to Head Office on time.
• Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) after discussion with ABDM/BDM based on business requirements.
• Ensure monthly centre audits are completed as per company policy.

Cash & Administration

• Handle cash collections responsibly.
• Ensure daily sales cash is deposited into the designated bank account.
• Maintain proper cash records and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely payment of utility bills to avoid operational disruptions.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
• Share market intelligence with reporting managers.
• Execute company policies, systems, and operational processes effectively.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure fire extinguisher availability and validity.
• Maintain all safety standards and statutory compliance at the centre.

Candidate Profile

• Education
• B.Sc. Agriculture (Mandatory)
• Experience
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in agri-input sales or retail operations will have an added advantage.

Skills Required

• Strong technical knowledge of agriculture and crop management
• Knowledge of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and micronutrients
• Good understanding of local cropping patterns
• Excellent communication and farmer interaction skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications

• Ability to work independently and in field conditions
