Job summary

Aaradhya Group is seeking a Field Officer – Agriculture to expand our network of farmers, dealers and retailers. Based in India, you will visit fields and markets, promote seeds, fertilizers and agrochemicals, and demonstrate products to customers.

The role focuses on building strong relationships, conducting field demonstrations, and driving product awareness. You must be ready to travel extensively and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of agriculture and crop practices.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory.
• Customer relationship and sales skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
