Amrit Cement is seeking a Field Officer – Techno Marketing to generate and convert IHB leads at construction sites, creating product awareness through technical engagement and coordinating with sales and technical teams.

You will conduct daily site visits, interact with masons and contractors, track leads in CRM, and support branding and dealer conversion across assigned territory.

Candidates with 1–3 years in cement/building materials preferred, with HS or graduate qualification.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in cement/building materials preferred.
• Qualification: HS or Graduate (preferred).
• Experience in techno-marketing or field sales is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and convert IHB leads through dealer and site visits.
• Conduct daily site visits and engage with masons, contractors and IHBs.
• Coordinate with engineers for site demonstrations and technical support.
• Visit Gram Panchayat, Block offices and home loan departments regularly.
• Upload and track leads through CRM / Google Forms.
• Support branding and product awareness initiatives.
• Escort IHBs to dealer counters and ensure product conversion.

Position Details

Designation: Field Officer Techno Marketing

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Zonal In-charge

Location: Assigned Territory

Experience: 1–3 years (Cement / Building Materials Industry preferred)

Qualification: H.S/Graduate (Preferred)

Role Purpose

The Field Officer – Techno Marketing is responsible for generating and converting IHB (Individual House Builder) leads at the construction stage, creating product awareness through technical engagement, and supporting sales growth through site-level interventions and coordination with sales and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert IHB leads through dealer and site visits.
• Conduct daily site visits and engage with masons, contractors and IHBs.
• Coordinate with engineers for site demonstrations and technical support.
• Visit Gram Panchayat, Block offices and home loan departments regularly.
• Upload and track leads through prescribed CRM / Google Forms.
• Support branding and product awareness initiatives.
• Escort IHBs to dealer counters and ensure product conversion.
