Job summary

2. Role Purpose

The Field Officer Techno Marketing is responsible for generating and converting IHB (Individual House Builder) leads at the construction stage, creating product awareness through technical engagement, and supporting sales growth through site-level interventions and coordination with sales and technical teams.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert IHB leads through dealer and site visits.
  Conduct daily site visits and engage with masons, contractors, and IHBs.
  Coordinate with engineers for site demonstrations and technical support.
