Job summary

Unknown Company in Delhi is seeking a field officer to recruit security guards, gunmen, supervisors, and other staff, and to supervise deployed manpower on client sites. The role requires 6–8 years in security or facilities management, a minimum 12th pass, and a valid two-wheeler with willingness to travel.

You will inspect CCTV, firefighting gear, and other equipment, and provide on-the-job training and briefings.

• Manage, monitor, and supervise deployed manpower.
• Inspect electronic equipment, registers, CCTV cameras, and firefighting equipment at client premises.
• Provide on-the-job training, briefings, and debriefings to security personnel.
• Conduct surprise visits and night inspections at client sites.
