Job Description

GISS Security Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Security Field Officer / Area Officer to manage and supervise security operations across assigned locations in Odisha.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage deployed security guards at client sites
• Conduct regular site inspections and surprise checks
• Ensure discipline, attendance, and performance of security personnel
• Coordinate with clients and resolve site-related issues
• Handle deployment, relievers, and emergency situations
• Submit daily/weekly operational reports to management

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Private Security Industry
• Strong leadership and field coordination skills
• Good communication and problem‑solving ability
• Knowledge of security operations, patrolling, and SOPs
• Willingness to travel across assigned areas in Odisha
