Job summary

Kots in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Operations Coordinator to manage deployment of housekeeping staff across multiple properties based on daily requirements. You will oversee onboarding of new staff and ensure records are updated in the system while visiting sites to verify SOP compliance.

• 2-3 years of experience in housekeeping operations, facility management, or a similar field role.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders (Housekeeping Managers, caretakers, and staff).
• Willingness to travel regularly and handle on-ground operational responsibilities across multiple properties.
