Job summary

Family Health Plan (FHPL) is seeking a field investigator to verify insurance claim legitimacy by reviewing policy documents, medical records, police reports, and incident details.

You will interview claimants, witnesses, and doctors, document findings in precise reports, and coordinate with adjusters, legal counsel, and authorities when litigation is needed. Travel is required; familiarity with local regulations and ethics is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong critical thinking to spot data anomalies and assess liability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for handling sensitive interviews and precise written reporting.
• Familiarity with insurance regulations, policies, and local legal frameworks.
• Willingness to travel is required; gender preference noted.
