• Follow up with insured parties and internal teams to minimize TAT.
• Enter claims data into CMS software.
• Handle back-office claim-related tasks efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

• Immediate Joiners with 1-3 years of relevant experience in insurance claims
• Any graduate (preferably from an insurance background)
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
• Strong communication & report writing skills
• Candidates with short notice period preferred.
• Can be able to handle client calls and who can take ownership of the claims processing.
