About the Job

Join our team as a Field Growth Associate in Pune!

Role: Walk-in PG onboarding and relationship management. You will be the face of our company in Pune, building relationships with PG owners and driving growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a minimum of 15‑20 physical PG owner conversations per day, 5 days a week.
• Onboard PG owners by presenting our services and securing sign‑ups.
• Manage and maintain relationships with onboarded PG owners.
• Submit a daily log by 7:00 PM detailing total visits, sign‑ups achieved, and common objections heard.
• Randomly verify 5% of onboarded listings weekly to ensure data accuracy.
• Utilize provided marketing materials (Pitch Card and A5 leaflets with QR code).

Compensation Structure:

Month 1‑2 (Internship):

• Base Salary: ₹10,000 per month
• Petrol Allowance: ₹2,000‑₹3,000 per month (based on mileage)
• Performance Bonus: ₹50 for every verified live listing onboarded during the trial phase.

Post‑Internship (Month 3+):

• Base Salary Increase: To be negotiated based on trial‑to‑paid conversion rates.
• Commission: 5% cut on every successful ₹499 subscription renewal personally managed.
