Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Electronics or ITI in Electronics with at least 2 years of experience in electronic systems installation and maintenance, including CCTV and biometric devices.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics or ITI in Electronics required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in installation and maintenance of electronic systems.
• Experience with CCTV and biometric devices is an advantage.
• Basic electronics skills: soldering, multimeter use, drilling, cabling, and LAN crimping.

Responsibilities

• Installation and Commissioning: Install and configure attendance and access control systems, including biometric / RFID devices and related hardware.
• Hardware Setup: Mount devices, fix locks, lay cables, and ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on-site and remotely through phone or email support.
• Client Support: Provide timely support to clients, including on-site visits, remote sessions, and technical guidance as needed.
• Site Surveys and Testing: Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements, perform product testing, and deliver client training sessions as required.
