Job summary

92health builds software that runs a clinic end to end: consultation, pharmacy, optical counter, lab and billing on one system. We are an early-stage company with a first group of eye-care clinics in Chennai as customers, and we are now building our Chennai team.

The role involves visiting clinics on a fixed Chennai route, initiating conversations with front-desk staff and doctors, and booking demos for the sales lead. You will report to the clinic sales lead.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in medical sales or similar field role.
• Based in Chennai with two-wheeler and valid license.
• Fluent Tamil and working English.

Responsibilities

• Visit 8–12 clinics daily on Chennai route.

• Book product demos for the sales lead and run demos after training.
• Record visits in CRM on the same day.

The role

You will visit clinics on a fixed route in Chennai, start conversations with front-desk staff and doctors, and book demos for the sales lead. You will report to the clinic sales lead.

Responsibilities

• Visit 8 to 12 clinics a day on an assigned Chennai route.
• Meet receptionists, pharmacists and doctors to understand how the clinic works today.
• Book product demos for the sales lead, and run demos yourself once trained.
• Record every visit in the CRM the same day.
• Collect the details the implementation team needs before a clinic goes live.
• Ask clinics that go live for introductions to other clinics.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic about working at an early-stage startup: a small team, priorities that change from week to week, and work that goes beyond the job title.
• 1 to 3 years as a medical representative or in a similar field role, or a pharmacy, optometry or life-sciences graduate with field exposure.
• Fluent Tamil, working English.
• Based in Chennai, with a two-wheeler and a valid licence.
• Experience keeping a daily call report or CRM.

Nice to have

• Ophthalmology, optometry or dental clinics on a route you have worked.
• Basic understanding of pharmacy billing and GST.

Compensation

Fixed monthly pay based on experience, plus incentives per demo that converts and per clinic that goes live. Allowances for field work as needed; hours follow the work rather than a conventional office week.
