Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned Field Application Specialist to support customers, distributors, and sales teams across India. The role combines science and commerce, with hands-on antibody-based applications such as IHC, Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, and High Content Imaging.

The successful applicant will hold a PhD in Life Sciences or related field, bring 5+ years in scientific sales/support, and excel in presenting, training, and building strategic customer relationships with

Qualifications

• PhD in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Immunology, Cell Biology, Cancer Biology, Neuroscience, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a Field Application Specialist, Technical Support, or Scientific Sales.
• Proven experience working with distributors and indirect sales channels.
• Strong exposure to Biopharma, CRO, CDMO, GMP, or drug discovery customers.
• Hands-on expertise in applications such as IHC, Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, or High Content Imaging.
• Excellent presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a commercial environment to support revenue-generating activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support to customers, distributors, and sales teams across India.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and R&D teams to support business growth and market expansion.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to influence commercial strategy.
