The Field Application Engineer – Instrumentation is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves providing technical application support for scientific and environmental instrumentation, including installation, configuration, calibration, and commissioning at customer sites. The engineer will conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and troubleshooting, ensuring instruments are correctly integrated into customer workflows and meet performance requirements. Daily responsibilities include working closely with sales teams on pre- and post-sales technical activities, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with manufacturers and internal teams to resolve issues. The role also requires regular field visits, accurate reporting of site activities, and proactive identification of opportunities to improve system performance and customer satisfaction.
